I am an A.C.E. Certified Personal Trainer in San Francisco, California. I believe in achieving a state of overall fitness including muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular endurance, balance and flexibility, and a healthy body composition. I offer a casual, non-judgmental atmosphere where we work as partners in achieving your fitness goals.

He helps motivate me by inspiring me and always recognizes the positive. He is not an aggressive scary trainer. He works at a pace that works and always tries to get you to push yourself without being overly aggressive. James is kind, sincere and listens when I speak. He gets me and I am thankful for it. We have been working out for a few months and it def. helps.
