I am an A.C.E. Certified Personal Trainer in San Francisco, California. I believe in achieving a state of overall fitness including muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular endurance, balance and flexibility, and a healthy body composition. I offer a casual, non-judgmental atmosphere where we work as partners in achieving your fitness goals.

I didn't want a trainer that didn't understand me.  James gets it.  He spent a lot of time with me in order to understand my needs and how I work.  He helps motivate me by inspiring me and always recognizes the positive.  He is not an aggressive scary trainer.  He works at a pace that works and always tries to get you to push yourself without being overly aggressive.  James is kind, sincere and listens when I speak.  He gets me and I am thankful for it.  We have been working out for a few months and it def. helps.
